The meeting took place under the assessment of current terrorist threats in respective countries, the region and beyond, with the aim of co-ordinating measures and strengthening co-operation for preventing and hitting any terrorist activities on time, Koha Ditore writes today.
“Takim welcomed Albania's General Director of State Police, Major Director Haki Chako, who after thanking those in attendance and assured them of unreserved support in the fast exchange of information and other actions in the operational and investigative plan”, Albania's State Police report.
According to the announcement, Chako praised the work done and the results achieved in the prevention, investigation and crackdown on terrorist activities in Albania, Italy and Kosovo, which has no doubt resulted from the will that respective governments have to respond to the challenges supported by these structures to any terrorist threat.
