He said complaints are in the procedure and that the final decision will be taken within the 72-hour legal deadline of the moment of surrender, and that today the PZAP will decide on these two complaints.
There are two complaints related to the postal vote that has been submitted to the Democratic League of Kosovo for Istog and submitted to the Serbian List for Klokos, and entirely to the vote by mail, so they are in the screening procedure and the panel within the 72-hour legal deadline of the moment these complaints were handed over, he said.
He said there are four or five complaints of review, which have handed over the assembly candidates who, after recounting the boxes, have lost the right to municipal assembly.
Master PZAP, Mula Descu, has also spoken of fines pronounced during the election campaign for the second round, where fine figures range around 37 thousand and 900 euros, according to him.
He said the fine has been pronounced by the panel because the support candidates or even candidates who have been in the race have broken the election silence.
The range of fines in terms of runoff or the second round of the October 22nd elections is as follows the total amount is 37 thousand and 900 euros, these fines have been pronounced against the political subjects AAK at 2 thousand and 500 euros, the alternative 2 thousand and 500 euros, LDK 7 thousand and 800 euros, LVV 15,000 and 300 euros, and the PDK 8 thousand and 800 euros. These fines have been pronounced by the panel because support candidates to or even candidates themselves who have been in the race, but other candidates who have helped in the run-off race have been found and proven to have broken the electoral silence, and in accordance with the law have pronounced these fines”, he said.
Descu said political subjects sentenced to fines from PZAP for the second round of local elections have not paid them yet.
According to him, political parties Initiative for Kosovo, New Kosovo Alliance, Vetevendosje Movement, Serbian List, the Movement for the Union have paid fines pronounced during the first election round, while the Democratic Party of Kosovo has paid a minimum amount of 1,000 euros. Meanwhile, the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Alternative have not paid any fines pronounced by PZAP for the first round.
Otherwise, the Election Panel for Ances and Parasetas during the October 22nd election campaign to political subjects has declared a total of 219,450 euros.
