The flames were burning at explosive speeds because of the winds 50 miles per hour, Ken Pymlott, director of the California Fire Protection Department, reports “Daily Mail”, the Periscope broadcast.

Fourteen large fires have been distributed in a region 200 miles north of San Francisco from Napa, south to north Redding. Governor Jerry Bron announced the state of emergency in the Napa, Sonoma and Yuba circles.
At least 10 people died and 100 were injured in the flames that began Sunday, fire officials said.

A resident who had included the fire in his settlement said he ran on a 101 closed highway to the US. But he and his family were able to leave in time and go to a friend's home where they were now staying./Periscopi/
