Photo by Singapore, Aram Pan has received permission from North Korean authorities to film the capital from the plane.
Within project DPS 360, he flew a small plane over the city, filmed and photographed the city in 360-scale format, broadcast Telegragraphy.
He's up in the air from the Mirim Aeroclub that's built for North Korean leader Kim Jong, who's a great pilot and who often flies.
The video offers strange images of the capital, which is home to the two million inhabitants, which are subject to the regime of this country that has once acquired the most isolated country in the world.
From the perspective of the bird are seen the Septembers of Kim Il-sun as well as many other buildings that are Kim Jong's project. The Munsu water park and the silver roof of the Day Stadium are also seen there. Sunlights shine over Lake Taedong, passing through the city center.
Pyongyang looks like a modern, advanced city just like this country's leader wants to look and talk around the world.
Kim Jong is very strict when it comes to what foreigners are allowed to see. All visitors are always under military or police escort, who want to know every move foreigners make in this country.
And that's why this video is special and it offers unprecedented views of various parts of the capital even though North Korean officials have paid off some photos, while only 90 percent of the materials are allowed to publish.
