However, during this campaign, as with other times, political parties have not escaped complaints, violations of the Law for General Elections, and sentences imposed on the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre.
So far, 150 complaints have been filed at PZAP. So has made known about the Indexline, Mula Descu the head of the PZAP Secretariat.
We inform you that from the date of 21,09,2017 until 11:10,2017 on PZAP- have surrendered, respectively. P The ZAP has received 150 complaints. The incidents concern violating the LZP Goodwill Code during the election campaign.
109 complaints have been reviewed and decided by the panel:
79 complaints have been approved,
22 complaints have been denied.
7 complaints have been withdrawn
1 Unfair complaint
41 complaints are in the screening procedure”, Descu said.
In addition to these complaints, political subjects have been fined by PZAP due to disrespecting the Law for General Elections Code .
The subject, which leads to the list of fine sentences of 44,000 and 300 euros, is the Democratic League of Kosovo, followed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo with 10 thousand and 750 where it has paid only 1,000 and 350 euros.
In all, meanwhile, all political subjects have been fined 79 thousand euros.
“The PZAP because political subjects during the election campaign have failed to respect the Law Code for General Elections . . LZP, it has imposed fines on them in accordance with this law (LZP), PZAP's internal regulations and the CEC rules.
The value of a fines pronounced against political subjects in total is 79,650.00 #”, Descu indicated.

According to Descu, the most frequent violations are putting up posters in public spaces, attempts at obstructing public collections, complaints about putting tents in public spaces and at some electoral gatherings involving children in the campaign.
