Skyeraj's going chairman, Sami Lushtaku, has reacted to certain claims as if he will become director of the company “Trepca” in Mitrovica and that he is an influential person in Mitrovica.
Lushtaku has called these information progens and deninforms spread by political opponents.
He has, through a scripture, clarified that this is a lie and never intended to take on such a responsibility, writes Indexline.
Lushtaku has said he respects the current Mitorvica chairman, Agim Bahtirir, but says no one has the right to speak or be called in his name.
His full response:
I have been informed by the sympathetic sympathies from the Mitrovica region that political opponents are spreading propaganda and densignations that I, Sami Lushtaku, will become director of the “Trepca” company in Mitrovica.
This information is absolutely incorrect, a pure lie, because I haven't even thought about taking such a responsibility to be the director of this enterprise, let alone take any step in this direction.
Then, another information being circulated at this time of campaigning is the trend of dividing the Mitrovica region into those coming from the Bajgora Shala and those coming from Drenica. That's the kind of division you want alone UDB. That's exactly the opposite. It is an undeniable fact that in Mitrovica, Drenica and Shala have family ties in over 90% of cases.
Also, I want to make it clear and that I am aware that it is not the first time that my name is misused as if I have an impact on Mitrovica. This has been done over and over the past few years, where it has become propaganda for my influence in this city, which has also been absorbed by the media. Many people throughout Kosovo have made a career in politics, media and civil society by slandering and slandering my name, propaganding without spray on me.
I don't have anything personal with anyone, not even Agim Bahtiri. Rather, we enjoy mutual respect. In fact, the open dawn until October 20th of this year has declared the friendship and appreciation it has toward me. Many times we have met in various activities and events. But neither he nor anyone can call or speak in my name. I stand by my own name for everything. I have mastered him in the most difficult of times, in times of war. Now we enjoy freedom, and I still do not allow anyone to harm or misuse my name.
