Albania's Parliament hearing was again interrupted after the opposition remained at the folk house, while the head of the Parliament, Gramoz Ruci, has ruled out DP President Lulzim Basha from the speaker's session for the KOC.
Ruci rejected the DP's request for the debate on the election reform commission in the afternoon, while by vote it was decided to be postponed for next week.
Meanwhile earlier, Parliament Speaker Gramoz Ruci has announced the establishment of the commission for election reform.
Commission to be biparty, to address O recommendations The SBE-ODIHR and the party proposals it received in the last elections no less than 1 per cent of the vote.
The commission's “making will be equal among the majority and minority. The commission will be run by two co-chairmen of the DP and SP, Blendi Cuci and Oerrd Bylyqbashi. Meanwhile, international experts are invited”, Ruci has declared.
The Speaker of the Parliament has added that the decisions will be called when they are voted by all members and taken the consensus of co-chairmen.
Among other things, Ruci has suggested that yesterday's Conference of Speakers approved the Parliament calendar.
Ruci's announcement has been followed by a debate between the leaders of the Taulant Balla and Edmond Spaho parliamentary groups. The latter has called for debate on the issue, while Balla has rejected this request on the grounds that the debate will take place on parliamentary commissions.
Following the hearing, he's got the mayor. The DP, Basha, who has asked the mayor to gather the President's Conference to set up Dabti's day and has called on him not to decide by the force of the cartoons.
You're an extinguisher, in league with crime. This situation cannot last long. Gather the President's Conference and decide on a reasonable deadline for debate. You can't postpone the debate for a week. Postponing the debate has only one goal, shut the opposition down”, Basha said.
For his part, Ruci has clarified that, there is no sense in meeting the conference when Parliament has gathered for the agenda, the TCH writes.
“Proposed a pro and one vote against, whether for election from the agenda. One group leader was on debate, two heads of groups were on discussion next week. It cannot be that the Conference of Speakers gets the attributes held by parliamentary hearings. This is a closed case”, Ruci has said, who has been cautioning Basha about having blocked the parliament podium.
