Kosovo police several days ago arrested Initiative for Kosovo MP Milaim Zeka under suspicion that he had committed criminal acts with “fraud” and “mangie from tax”.
In this regard, the state prosecutor first banned Zeka for 48 hours.
Despite the prosecution's demanding 30 days before prison for the suspect, the court otherwise ruled that he pronounced it easier by leaving the MP, a month in house arrest.
In the same measure the court has pronounced, Milaim Zeka has been confiscated from passports as well as you have been banned from talking about the media.
While Zeka's defence attorney, Gazmend Halilaj has indicated that they have filed complaints with Apel for lifting the ban.
According to Halilaj, the deputy initiative must be released in regular procedure.
“We are waiting every moment from the Court of Appeal to reverse the situation over the complaint we have filed against the Constitutional Court in Pristina. Yes, we have just filed a complaint to remove any measure that means that the person's safety is envisioned. We remember that Milaim Zeka is suspected after he and his partner, Ilir Krasniqi, had proved that 921 Kosovars emigrated to Germany with working visas through a employment agency.
For this, applicants had paid between 50 euros and 3,500 euros for a labour visa.
