Kosovar Kelmendi, Enver Sekerrakesh's lawyer, charged with inciting police assassination of Triff Riza, said today that her defender has partially violated the detention order, and that remains.
“I would like to ask you to be patient to hear how it came to this violation without wanting to justify it”, she said at the session when she was considered setting the measure of security.
On October 19th, after 5: 00 p.m., I received a call from a EULEX official who through the phone communicated to me the order of Judge”, she said.
According to the lawyer, the EULEX official has told him: “”Klient has been replaced by house arrest. We've started the order in Dys prison and you lawyers will be handed over to you tomorrow”.
I immediately called his brother, and I forwarded the report to him as I was told on the phone, and this news was received from the accused's family without my knowledge or my family for the Court's order, respectively, for additional restraint along with house arrest”.
