Kosovo police lost their diploma to eliminate them from the race

Studies in the criminal branch and waiting for three consecutive years to compete at the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK), in the inspector's position, apparently missed Fatmir OsmA ship.

I've been waiting for three years to be part of the IPK competition, and I've even completed my studies on criminalism, so that I can be as close to the conditions required by this institution to become part of it”, Osmani stressed.

According to him, he applied to August 1st of this year in the competition for inspector/investigators, adding that the same day documents have been accepted, which have been preconditions for application.

When I delivered the necessary materials, they offered me the protocol number as proof that I delivered all necessary documentation. One of the main conditions in the competition has been university diplomas, a copy of which I handed to IPK, respectively, to Acceptor B. He further stressed that he had been waiting for weeks to be invited to the interview because the arrangement is very clear in advance.

Days passed, then weeks, and no one invited me. I started to worry and went straight to the IPK, asking for an explanation of what happened to my app. I couldn't believe it when I was told that the reason I wasn't invited to the interview was because I had not given up my degree. They just took her away from my résumé. I immediately reacted and requested an appointment until Principal Hilmi Mehmeti, who only wanted me luck”, he stressed.

Osman further indicated according to the regulation of the civil service recruiting procedures of the Republic of Kosovo 02/2010, issued by the Ministry of Power Local Administration (MAPL), the contest announcers are obliged to supply the protocol number, and all documents are identified there.

According to him, legal violations have occurred even when they have invited other candidates to the interview, adding that the “a have been invited within three weeks, which, in fact, the narrow circle of 600 competing persons, is provided according to the regulation, should be called in after five days”.

To the question that Telegram sent him The IPK, where it has requested the names of persons/Candids who have filed complaints during the competition/as well, their response was based on the Law to Protect Personal Data in the Republic of Kosovo, which the law defines, according to them, rights and responsibilities, principles and measures related to the protection of personal data, the Kosovo Police Inspectorate cannot convey or publish the names and names of the complainers.
