The Kosovo flag has been removed from the spear placed on the Parliament building.

Kosovo's flag, located at the highest point of the Parliament building, is not located on its own spear.

In some photos of cash.com is seen as removing the flag from the spear and kissing for the House building.

Even a few years ago, the media reported a flag torn from the top of the government building.

Today, the first snow fell in Kosovo and there was also rainfall, but that is no reason for flags to be moved.
