She says that as a journalist she saw and experienced everything from the war.
Berisha says that despite the suffering, youth at the time is very good, from what they had been through.
It even writes that for young people, Albin Kurti has been the greatest hope, after the KLA.
Kham Berisha has even distributed a photograph while interviewing Kurt.
Here's her full writing:
I don't remember what I asked Albie, or who took the picture.
But I remember that just before I went to this conference, I was in an unprecedented interview with a young man named Nana, killed by Serbian police somewhere in the suburbs of Pristina...
How many countless I've gone as a journalist and how many of those who told me “sounds”
War. Uncertainty. Murder. Prick. The great poverty.
Daily I traveled by bus from Mitrovica to Pristina, with photographs of those killed and injured in the chest.
I carried the pictures, but I never saw them myself. I haven't seen a dead man in a movie yet.
We were interviewed by the police, our bags were packed, they were on the bus, and they were pointing weapons at us on the head “there are Albanians here”, they beat the new boys on the bus, once they dropped us off the bus to Oblich, and I remember very well, as if we were silent, we didn't break the road but we walked on to the newspaper's editorial.
Sometimes I think that during my bus trips, I missed a plaque I hung around my neck with a thin gold chain because it was marked by anchor, which at first glance looks like a cross.
Everything was bad, but I was happy. I was happy because I expected something to happen, to break free, I expected freedom to happen.
Waiting is happiness. When you're expecting something and who you've got waiting for.
Then there is a time when nothing waits (another time I will write about this other kind of happiness).
Yeah. I also remember the whisperings and the kung fu of journalists behind me. Journalists always have <x0 culturer” each other, and they've prevented them from growing.
So I've been working as a journalist, but I've been associating with writers. All of them, it seems to me that the complainer is a failed writer.
We tried to lead.
And despite our suffering, we are too normal. Even freely, you can tell us “marshallah”.
Then for us young people, Albin has been the greatest hope, except the KLA has been the greatest hope of Albin.
