There were six people in the car.
During further examination, it was concluded that two persons were with regular documents, a 27-year-old driver from Montenegro and the person sitting in the front seat next to him, a Kosovo citizen of the age of 31, writes dpa.de.
The other four in the car were citizens of Serbia, aged 20 to 54, three men and one woman. They didn't have currency documents, they broadcast albinfo.ch.
Initial investigations found that Serbia's four citizens had previously sought asylum in France and then in Holland, but without success.
An investigative procedure concerning the suspicion of illegal entry into Germany has been launched against them. After the Serbian citizenship family has requested asylum, the responsibility for its further treatment lies with the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). While Montenegro and Kosovo are expected to establish the investigative procedure in connection with the suspicion of smuggling foreigners.
