At the request of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, the Government of Kosovo has earmarked 27,857 euros for paying employees for “special services” at the Ibrahim Rugova presidential residence, which is located in the Velana neighbourhood in Pristina.
Finance Minister Bedri Hamza said that “we have an obligation” to separate these tools and that this amount of money is separated from state reserves and payment is made through the MKRS, Kalxo.com reports.
At the meetings, it was not specified what special services are involved.
The residence in Velani is the private home of former President Ibrahim Rugova, who died in January 2006.
