Ferizaj's former leader, Adem Saliaj, has appeared in court in front of Fatmir Limaj's deputy prime minister, as well as others charged with corruption in the “case. MTPT”
Saliaj, who is a member of the LDK, has been invited to testify against Limaj by the EULEX Prosecutor, Koha.net reports.
Limaj, along with Nexhat Krasniqi, Andrew Shalajn, Florim Zuka, as well as the Telack Rescue have been charged by the Prosecutor for Organised Crime, misuse of official duty, and bribery.
The prosecution believes Limaj was the leader of this group, which awarded tenders to those who expressed the will to bribe. The abuses were allegedly made of tenders in the Gjilan and Ferizaj region.
