37 years in prison have been pronounced Enver Sekirrakes. He was found guilty of inciting the murder of police officer Triumf Riza and of tribute to singer Adelina Ismaili, who had a love affair with the murdered Riza.
The court's case of Sekiraqa came to an end with a sentence of 37 years. A marathon process of many witnesses and many controversy in the courtroom opened up the story so far unknown to one of the biggest conflicts in post-war Pristina: the one between Enver Sekyqvs and the late Triumf Rizza. Politics was mentioned and Estrada got involved...
But today Enver Sekiraqa has been released, Enver Sekiraqa, the accused of inciting the murder of police officer Triumf Riza, has been released from custody.
Riza was the boyfriend of prominent Albanian singer Adelaina Ismaili.
On September 4th 2007, a march was held in Pristina, where more than 40,000 people marched against the murder of Triumfi and against crime.
The singer Ishmael has even dedicated a song to Officer Riza with the title “Tim”
Remember, though, that Adelina Ismaili spoke of Enver Sekiraq.
