Since today is the International Sex Health Day, there are six reasons why you should have more sex.

- Skin gets brighter. This is due to the endorphins that are released after the orgasm. A hormone that promotes healthy skin is released by the body.

- Get lost. Recent studies show that orgasm is a good regulator when it comes to appetite. During the sexual act, the body emits a natural amphetamine, which reduces the desire for unhealthy foods, cigarettes, and excessive food.

- Natural pain promoter. Symptoms of diseases such as migraines or arthritis are eased because of the release of a hormone called oxytocin.

- It improves health. According to some scientists, people who have regular sex have high immunoglobulins, an antibody that fights infections.
