A single coin can sell up to 900 pounds (12000), so fisherman Mike Emale, 35, was surprised to discover an uncensed coin after another dating back to 32 BC.






The coins will be handed over to legal investigators for evaluation and then perhaps to be sold in a museum, with profits shared between farmer and Smale.
Emale, 35, discovered the collection of 600 ancient coins in a farmer's field in Bridport while shooting with friends of the South detector club.
Devon from Plymouth, said: “was incredible, a real discovery”.
I had a feeling there was something valuable there that I already found one or two Roman denars that morning”, he added.
The amazing find was made in an undiscovered agricultural land site at Bridport in the annual event of detectors, where 300 people participated.

Just hours later, the Smale detector began to discover several coins before he called officials who divided the area.
