With 2 million Facebook followers, Ermal Mamaqi reveals the secret to virtual success

Ermal Mamaqi is the most popular character on social profiles in Albania. The mood actor, who now runs Xing with Ermal, has been invited to today's Open Studio show by journalist Annie Vasili in News 24, where he found that he also earns cash from his account because of his constantly making posts.

Also recounting the way this social site has started, which is already a business voice for it, Ermal gives details about how the page and portal “Xing with Ermali”, which he has been running for several months: “Facebook makes a connection to the portal I manage. Because of social networking posts, I have also obtained free services. I'll get some money from Facebook. For example, a company pays me for a number of posts. There's a list of awards agreed on. On my page, I do the distribution of portal news and that's why we're among the most clicked pages, so because of the clicks from Facebook”, Ermal said.

But how did Mamaqi start traveling via Facebook with his site already numbering more than two million followers?

As he shows, his account has been active for more than four years. In 2013 he received the account of a young man who had set up a profile named Ermal. After contacting the author, Ermal brought together two false pages opened to the name by preserving the number of fans.

It was 2013 when I went on Facebook and someone had opened a page called Ermal Mamaqi and looked like me. The site had 10,000 people, and at that moment I picked it up and the site grew. I found another page by my name, and the moment I proved to be me, Facebook brought together fans. That guy gave it to me, I didn't buy him the page that was my name. He was a teenager who loved to post”,- Ermal further shows.

Today, there are 2 million fans who follow Ermal and enjoy his mood: “became 2 million fans just enjoying it. Anyone who sends us pictures and videos, we post. ”

Asked whether you consider yourself a king or a slave to social networks, Mamaqi said you feel yourself in the middle: “I consider myself in the middle and have freed him from slavery, because I don't deal with him. With social networking management, you get a guy. ”
